Legacy Eleven provides an online software service that may include account sign-in, credit-based usage, and optional paid subscriptions or one-time credit packs. Features available to you depend on your plan, credits, and the product configuration. The service is provided for informational and general use. To use certain features of our service, you must create an account (for example by signing in with Google). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Paid subscriptions and one-time credit packs are purchased through our pricing page using Stripe payment processing. • Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the pricing page, sales are final and credits are non-refundable once purchased. • Credits are non-transferable. Whether credits expire depends on the product rules we publish. • Credit costs for specific features may vary and are shown in the product where applicable. • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing users when required.

All content on Legacy Eleven, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Legacy Eleven or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service • Interfere with or abuse rate limits, billing, or credit systems • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others • Upload or transmit content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law

Legacy Eleven is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results or outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations • The service will be available at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Eleven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account from your profile page when signed in.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
